Last Thursday Amy graduated from high school. I no longer have any children in public schools. That means no more back-to-school nights, parent-teacher-conferences, lunch money, and everything else that goes along with that. I have mixed feelings. I am grateful that all of my children have graduated from high school and have done as well as they have but I am pretty sad that everyone is growing up and leaving me.

We had a great day with Amy. Here are a few pictures. She went to the senior bash which lasted all night. Congratulations Amy!

  1. She is such a beautiful girl. Hard to believe she is so old. You know enter the next phase of life known as empty nesters. I had a hard time getting use to this phase but it really has it good times. Enjoy each day.

  2. Amy, you're going through a hard time in life. We'll help ya through this. It's a rough time, but we're all rooting for you. It's called puberty.

  3. Johnny's just mad because he still hasn't even reached it yet. Sorry to you, Johnny. Congratulations on graduating, Amy!
